3. Data Protection contact (GDPR/UK-GDPR)
For data subjects in the EU/EEA and UK, data-protection queries and rights requests can be sent to akulapalkish01@gmail.com. We have not appointed a separate EU/UK representative or DPO at this time; if we do, this page will name them.
4. What to include in a complaint
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
- Your name and the email associated with your account (or the chatbot/website involved if you are an End-User);
- A clear description of the issue or the right you wish to exercise;
- Any relevant references (payment ID, chatbot link, message screenshots);
- What outcome you are seeking.
5. Our response timelines

6. Data-subject / data-principal rights requests
If your complaint concerns your personal data (access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, or nomination under the DPDP Act), we handle it under our Privacy Policy, Section 8. End-Users of a Customer's chatbot are usually directed to that Customer (the controller); we assist as processor.
7. Escalation to authorities
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant authority:
- India: the Data Protection Board of India (once operational) and/or the grievance mechanisms under the IT Act/Rules.
- EU/EEA: your local Data Protection Authority (supervisory authority).
- UK: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
